The trunks are materials yielded from trees which have reached maximal maturity of their vital cycle of development. They are transported and unloaded on uncovered sites in the factory designated for the purpose.
The trunks supplied are classified and arranged depending on the wood species, size and quality.
After that the trunks are sided up to a certain assortment of boards, which are arranged, thus also reaching partial natural drying of the material.

Depending on the type of parquet, which will be produced, the appropriate type of trunks is dimensioned with the help of state-of-the-art machines. Initially the needed trunks pass through a process of steaming controlled in a computerized manner.
The factory has 3 120 m3 of drying chambers with computer control of the process. After the drying the boards are arranged in conformity with their assortments again.
At this stage the products, which will be sold as semi-manufactured goods, are packed and prepared for shipment to all parts of the world.

The produced and defined per sizes and quality parquet is packed by means of automatic machines in hygienic medium, suitable against air moisture during their storage or transportation.
