oak solid parquet and parquet of the wooden floor type

Ordinary /summer/ oak /Quercus robur L./
It is a tree of the first magnitude with a height of up to 40 – 50 m and thickness of the stem up to 2 m. It forms a powerful, wide, irregular crown, located low at the freely growing trees. The ordinary oak is of great significance for forestry as one of the main wood species in the lower afforestation zone of our country.
Wood – solid, hard, thick – 790 kg/m3.
Chestnut-oak /winter/ /Quercus petraea Liebl./
The chestnut-oak tree may reach in height more than 40 m and a diameter of over 1 m. In Bulgaria the chestnut-oak tree grows up along foothill and mountainous slopes of over 1600 m above sea level. It is a slow growing wood species withstanding limestone in the soil and earth drying up, just like the ordinary oak-tree, strong, solid wood of great economic significance.
